Counseling

We provide personalized counseling based on a thorough review of each client’s financial and credit status. Through this assessment, individuals are guided to suitable CCRS debt-relief programs and other available financial support, helping them address debt challenges at an early stage.

Debt Relief Programs

For individuals whose debt burden is significant relative to their income, CCRS supports repayment and financial stabilization through its debt-relief programs, including Individual Workout, Pre-Workout and Before-Overdue Debt Management. These programs may include repayment-schedule adjustment, reduction or waiver of interest and late fees, and consolidation of debts owed to multiple financial institutions.

Micro Credit

To prevent financially vulnerable individuals from turning to high-cost borrowing and to ensure continuity in their repayment efforts, CCRS operates Micro Credit, which provides low-interest loans to cover essential living expenses. Eligible groups include clients steadily repaying debts under CCRS debt-relief programs or those who have recently completed repayment, as well as low-income individuals who face difficulty accessing traditional financial services.

These programs serve youth, adults, financially vulnerable individuals, and participants in CCRS debt-relief programs.
